Before You Start: Role Setup

Admin work completed before any candidate touches the pipeline.

  • Hiring Manager gives EA a short role summary (scope, skills, seniority, availability, employee or contractor).
  • EA builds the full job description using AI from the Hiring Manager's outline.
  • Hiring Manager reviews, edits, and signs off on the JD.
  • Criteria Corp assessment identified or built for the role (if applicable).
  • Roles assigned: EA, Screener, Skill Interviewer(s), Hiring Manager.
  • Scoring Criteria Card configured.
  • Decision made on public posting vs. referral/private.
  • Candidate intake questions confirmed before posting.
